How should the treatment be performed?
Tattoo removal is a non-surgical procedure, and is designed to completely removed the ink from every part of the skin.
The technique differs from other laser hair removal methods by requiring a small amount of a dye to be injected directly into the tattoo.
This is generally applied in order to remove the ink, rather than causing permanent scarring through the dye. We also recommend that you wear a protective mask and wear a long-sleeved shirt and black dress shoes under your protective mask while getting your tattoo removed!

It looks like the tattoo has been removed from the skin, but the tattoo stays on!
This is not unusual, and it is sometimes normal when the ink is removed from the underlying skin, but the ink cannot leave the areas exposed and there can be a little smudging of underlying skin.
