A) Sign up to a community on LinkedIn, a Google Plus page or Google+ page, or YouTube pages. If you have a YouTube profile, upload your video and add links to your classroom or other resources. You could also put links to your blog on your YouTube videos.
B) Sell classroom equipment on Etsy. You may have access to this stuff, such as chalkboards, pencils and sticky notes. You might even be able to help students use these in class.
2) Sell books (and other supplies, such as notebooks and colored pencils). You can make up to a small dollar a day teaching and making copies for other classrooms if you sell textbooks at local libraries or at flea markets.
3) Sell classes on Facebook, YouTube or other social media site. You could also create an Etsy page and list your classes on it. Teachers might find you on there but don’t be afraid to get creative.
4) Help teach other homeschoolers about careers and the educational system. Many homeschool families are having a tough time raising their children, so it’s a great way to educate them about education. Make sure to include information on careers and what schools can help you get started.
5) Ask for donations on the Internet. You could be offered a job teaching at the children’s hospital or if you have one of those little sites that lists schools you can teach at, you and students can go there. For example, if an elementary school student comes to a website and makes $100 a day teaching at a school that accepts people who can’t afford to buy their own equipment, he or she might be willing to turn down the offer and donate your equipment.
