TATTOO REMOVAL CREAM IS NOT THE BEST: I have to say that Tattoo Removal is probably the worst of the lot. First it takes a good 10 years to learn. The artist is trained and is probably the best in the business. I once worked with one in his 20’s who has been in the business for 30+. I have to say that some of these ‘tattoo removal’ creams do no good and do harm:
You should not use an emollient cream (like Aloe Vera).
The emollients in this cream can cause an allergic reaction and this can be life threatening.
Use one as a light moisturiser only.
Do not use a moisturiser that has fragrance in it because it can give a bad reaction to some people. So keep that in mind!
Keep the tattoo spot clean.
If you have a tattoo on your thigh you can use the emollient cream to ‘pull’ your tattoo out. It should not be done on your arm with no skin visible.
DO NOT use wax and apply a paste wax or waxed cotton before the tattoo removal cream is applied. Wax and the paste wax are highly flammable and can burn you. Use a waxed cotton.
DO not apply a silicone cream in the area and keep the creams away from the tattoo. The silicone is highly flammable and can burn you.
DO NOT apply a chemical gel for a tattoo removal because this is highly flammable and can burn you.
DO NOT apply an acid cream for a tattoo removal because it is highly flammable.
DO NOT use a dye such as red ink or violet ink to make a tattoo look like the original (which looks awful!).
DO NOT apply a tattoo removal product that is a skin peel.
DO NOT use an emollient cream to remove a tattoo when the tattoo does not itch (this is a lie). The emollient cream can cause an allergic reaction.
DO NOT expose your skin to any sunlight for any period of time as this can burn you!
DO NOT use the same cream to a tattoo at a different time.
DO NOT apply the same cream at the same time.
DO NOT put wax on to a tattoo.
DO NOT cover the tattoo with a skin peel.
