I can’t but it can be sanded with water or sanding blocks, however, I would not recommend sanding vinyl that has been painted. It is a very weak material that can easily warp or crack. If there is no reason to sand it but you are using it for something special or like an art project, that it gets more attention than it deserves.

Art work is an interesting experience as it offers us a better opportunity of understanding how things looked and who they were when we were children. They can also be a great asset to a studio but be careful when considering the use of such things for your home.
