Trump would also be obliged to pay for the border wall.
“At a minimum, we will ask Mexico to pay for the wall. If they do not do so, then it will be up to the United States, Mexico and the Mexican people to come together to solve the situation peacefully,” White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters.
