If saffron doesn’t lower blood pressure, what does?

It’s important to check to see if saffron suppresses the activity of the sympathetic nervous system or the parasympathetic nervous system. This means that saffron suppresses blood pressure in others. In some rare circumstances it can have this effect. However, this effect is rare. It can also cause an abnormal heart rhythm.
A review of studies has found this link to be stronger with the saffron in green than in red, and with the saffron in green and the saffron in red than with the red saffoon itself. So if you think that the red saffoon is too green for you, you might want to try a green saffron instead of the red saffoon.
What does ‘saffron’s’ taste like?
It’s called saffron’s because of its characteristic smell. It has a slightly bitter, astringent, pungent smell to it, much like mint. It’s quite unpleasant but not necessarily a bad idea if you’re at all worried about your health. It’s also fairly easy to make into a paste and use as seasoning in Indian dishes.
