The most important thing to remember when you’re coaching is that the job itself can be fun. But just like a day job, coaching also requires dedication, focus, teamwork, and dedication to all things the school and your students need to succeed.
The first few times you get a job, your goal will likely be to do it “right.” But over time it will become difficult to make the process as efficient as possible. There is a fine line between being efficient and not being efficient – and often, these two things aren’t correlated at all. So whether the goal is to be efficient or not, it’s crucial that you make these changes throughout your coaching career.
If you want to be a better coach, this is an important lesson to learn. You owe it to yourself to get the most out of your time and energy.

After making an uncharacteristic gesture, New Zealand-born comedian and actor Peter Blake has been given permission to remain in the US.
The former One Tree Hill star had earlier asked to extend his residency in his native country to five years.
Blake first came to prominence in a series of films based in California, California, where he played the part of a lovable goofball. He also appeared in a number of films starring fellow Kiwi stars such as Paul Hogan and Jim Broadbent.
His long-running series, My Best Friend’s Wedding, also came to prominence in New Zealand, and the series was named best of the year in the 2011 New Zealand Critics Awards for its realism, humour and its cast.
Blake, who returned to America in 2012 to shoot a miniseries about his life, The Life and Times of Peter Blake and The Life and Times of My Best Friend, had previously asked to remain in the US for another five years. The decision to extend his residency, however, will make it easier for Blake to make the transition back to the UK.
His fellow Kiwi stars Terese Masterson, Ian McKellen and Tom Hiddleston have campaigned in opposition of his move. They claimed they wanted Blake to be in the United States to be around for their children and to remain in contact with their respective families.
Although the showrunner has said he wanted him to stay, the cast of the show were disappointed to learn of Blake’s sudden move. Masterson told reporters: “We’ve known it was on the cards for awhile
