For instance, we’ve noticed that for some, having three certifications in sports science, sports management, and sports psychology can make a huge difference in their ability to provide specific advice to clients and maximize those skills.
For other coaches, taking a coaching certification is an investment in their future and a way to improve their prospects. The ones who need their skills fully developed can be more expensive, but more importantly, the longer the course lasts (and the better the certifications), the more money the coaches make.
Next, you can ask for what makes their position unique, and many of them will offer a more detailed assessment of their abilities. You could also ask what level the coaches want in order to be successful. If you want a coaching certification, many of them will say they don’t want too much and would like to keep to a standard of practice that has developed in the past.
