First, consider whether the practice time is going to be enough to satisfy your current level of physical fitness
Second, determine the duration of your practice time and the time it will take per day to achieve your goal level of physical fitness. The more a person uses their practice time the more efficient it will be. If you practice a day and a two hours goes by, then you have used your practice time too fast to achieve your original goal level of physical fitness.
On average, I have experienced the following when practicing for more than 2 hours per week:

During my second semester while attending the college level, I would practice violin and I was not able to feel strong enough to perform for at least one hour per day.
In my case, I would practice, but not perform.
As many of you probably know, I am an advocate of regular physical activities such as walking or walking with a trainer to help improve your quality of life. It is very important to do these exercises at least once a week. You can use the resources available to you to find one of these exercises.
If you practice violin on an exercise machine, such as a treadmill, there is a good reason for it. There is evidence that it not only improves your speed, but it also promotes muscle strength. The muscle that can strengthen in the workout is the one that should be trained in everyday life. This is what exercise machines do.
When you are able to feel strong with a good level of muscle strength you will see improvements in your ability score, which is something that the instrument is not.
If you practice violin in a warm room in your home, and there are no distractions besides music, then you will feel better able in the long run to achieve your ultimate goal of improving your physical fitness. If you have to practice in an office that is noisy and there are no musical instruments, or music that you need to focus on at all times, then you will need to take breaks. This will help you reach and improve your health and your ability score.
If you practice at the gym or the outdoor sports fields and your music is not loud then you will need to take a break. This will make it easier for you to see the improvements.
