There’s an option called Sound Recording, which allows you to record audio. You can turn this on using the iPhone’s Settings app or navigate to the App Store and enable a bunch of free options.
If you don’t yet have any apps, there is the free iPhone app Audio Studio. If you do have an audio app on your iPhone, you can use that to record music or just play back a song.
How can I get rid of the default iPhone’s AirPlay?
There are several ways that you can take out the default AirPlay settings, including the option in iOS 10.1 to use a DLNA-compatible app to access your music library from Apple’s servers. DLNA stands for Digital Living Network Alliance, and if you have an Apple AirPort Express, then this is pretty much the only way you can get to your iTunes music library.

How do I connect to my TV?
There are two ways to work with your TV on iOS. First, you can connect to your TV via any of these third party apps using the Siri Remote, or by manually launching “Remote,” which is Apple’s remote app that is available for both iOS and macOS.
Second, there are two major third party apps that you can use. The first is the X-Treme DVR app, and it’s available right here by following the easy instructions on how to download. You’ll have to enter your Apple IDs, but they’ll allow you to change from standard to premium service when required.
To begin, you’ll have to connect your Mac to your TV via ethernet. A few cables will get the job done, but if you use cable or DSL, make sure you get a router that can communicate over the ethernet, and is secure.
From there, you’ll have to open AirPlay by tapping the gear icon and then selecting “Settings.”
Tap in the little cog that appears in the upper right corner, then enable AirPlay. You should notice that your iOS device is now set up to record your Apple TV’s audio.
To access Siri’s features, you’ll have to press down on an AirPlay button on your Apple TV.
