Well, for one thing it gets me and many other women (me included) excited. It’s an easy way to add a sexy twist to our day, and I don’t usually have to waste time doing the usual belly dance routines.
If you can imagine it, you can whip up one of the most fun and sexy belly dances to get started. If you look close enough, you can actually see the muscles being drawn up.
If you don’t know what belly dance is, then it is simply a dance that is performed on most woman, usually while their stomach is exposed.
Belly dance has always been a classic element in the American women’s diet, and belly dancers have gone through their own evolution in the process.
These days, belly dance routines are less like wacky routines and more like the most seductive dance moves you can imagine doing with your girlfriend. The basic formula is pretty simple; they start doing the following routine, and you join in the fun!
Belly dance’s history
The word belly dance was originally used in the English language from the 1920s so many people can claim to have seen them up until that time. The modern practice was also started in the 1970s but it was not until the 1980s that the most popular belly dance routine was created. The basic formula is also largely unchanged since the 1960s.
As you can see, it sounds pretty easy and it’s not hard to get started either. You need to be creative in creating your own routine, of course. This is the beauty of this activity…you don’t need to be a skilled and fast dancer, you can just get started!
I’d love to share more ideas for doing belly dance like you’ve heard from me…please join in on social media, or follow me on Instagram or Twitter if you have any tips or tricks you would like to share.
