I’ve read some good advice for losing fat fast, but I am struggling a bit for time. For now I am going with a few simple methods here:
Eat less sugar at times. Make it a point to eat sugar once a day.
I always like coffee and tea before meals, and if I have a sweet treat, I’ll order a sweet chocolate and enjoy it while I’m watching the game!

Eat small amounts of foods of your choice, which you think will burn off the fat (this is NOT the reason to eat sweets). I used to limit this to fruits and veggies only.

I’m still eating a fair amount, but don’t force yourself to eat as much as you should to keep it off! (My favorite foods for this are whole grain breads, veggies, lean meats, and pasta.)

I use my computer to write every morning to keep track of how I look, how my body feels, and how I’m feeling by what I eat. At the end of the day, I save all this information on a spreadsheet. I use this to plan my next day’s meals, and it helps keep me focused on my healthy eating.

How long does it take?
Not very long at all. It took me less than 3 months with the first method.
